Elana Roseberry| Account Manager

Elana Roseberry joined Buckley & Company as an Account Manager in 2006. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Hollins College and Master's degree from Union Theological Seminary. She has a strong background in customer service bringing diverse experiences in planning and personal relations from college admissions, hotel management and church ministry work to the insurance field.

Elana's skills, training and personality combine perfectly in her position as Account Manager where she handles all customer service issues such as billing, coverage and claims questions and finds appropriate channels to resolve them in a timely and competent manner.

Sharon Jackson | Account Manager

Sharon Jackson joined Buckley & Company as an Account Manager in Life and Employee Benefits in 2005. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Kentucky. She earned her Certified Public Accounting license in 1987.

Sharon has an extensive background in employee benefits including work in the private, public and non-profit sector as a controller, auditor and human resource manager. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the day-to-day issues that many of our clients experience. She understands the benefit programs available to our customers and has recently expanded her duties to include several accounting functions within the agency.

Justin Whipple | Producer

Justin Whipple is the Employee Benefits Specialist at Buckley & Company Insurance. He has a strong background in employee benefits and brings a great deal of product knowledge and expertise to our team. He is responsible for the implementation, enrollment and overall plan design structure of a comprehensive employee benefits program. Justin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1998. He has been working in the insurance industry since 1999, where he has gained critical knowledge of group benefits by marketing group healthcare and many other employee benefits. Price transparency, consumer engagement and employee education are just a few areas where Justin can make a significant impact on the way a group uses healthcare. Jeff Cracraft| Producer

Jeff joined Buckley & Company in 2006. He brings with him over 25 years of insurance experience in Employee Benefits from working with both insurance companies and independent brokers. Jeff is a Lexington native and attended the University of Kentucky.

Jeff has qualified multiple times for the President's Club with several insurance companies and was the managing general agent for the Kentucky Healthcare Alliance. He served on the Kentucky Agent's Advisory Council for Health Care Reform and is a member of the Central Kentucky Association for Health Underwriters. Jeff excelled as a Large Group Sales Representative for Humana for over 8 years, leading the company in national sales for 2004.
