I've lost my insurance card. What should I do?
I've just received an explanation of benefits from my health insurance carrier,
and I don't understand why they have paid these amounts.
How do I know if my doctor is "in network" for my health plan. Why does it matter?

I usually call Buckley & Company when I have a service issue with my insurance,
but what do I do if the office is closed?
I purchased a life insurance policy through Buckley & Company several years ago, and I would like to make some changes to my beneficiaries. Can you help me do that?
We can order replacement cards from all health insurance carriers. In some cases, we can also print a temporary card off the carrier's web site, which you can use until your replacement card arrives in the mail. In all cases, we can let you know what information a doctor's office or pharmacy will need from you, so that they can access your information in case you need to schedule a visit before your new card arrives.
With information from your EOB, we can contact the carrier and check the claim for accuracy. We can explain the details of your coverage in detail, and if the claim was filed incorrectly, we can assist you in getting it re-filed.
If you use a provider that participates as in network for your health plan, your plan will reimburse at a higher level than it would for a provider who does not participate. We can check on specific doctors and other facilities for you. We also have access to all major carrier web sites, and can teach you to look up this information as well.
