Susie Powell is our Personal Lines Manager.  She has been with Buckley & Company since 1985 with experience prior to that with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.  She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter having earned that designation in 1992 and is an active member in the Bluegrass Association of Insurance Women.  Susie specializes in writing new business, handling large accounts and supervising the Personal Lines employees and workflows. 

Her customers appreciate her experience in the insurance industry and warm personality.   With Susie’s expertise and long-term dedication our agency is able to offer top quality professional services to our Personal Lines Clients.

Regina Walker | Customer Service Agent

We are happy to announce that Regina Walker has joined the Personal Lines team at Buckley Insurance in December of 2009. She has been working in the insurance industry for over 20 years and received her ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designation in 1989.

Along with many years of experience, Regina brings with her a solid commitment to service. She will work hard to ensure that her clients are getting the best service, coverage, and price that Buckley and Company can offer.

Regina will be servicing clients with last names that start with L through Z. She will be happy to handle all your client service needs, such as making changes to their policies, providing proof cards, filing claims, answering billing questions or adding new lines of coverage.
